  1 第一章 项目介绍 1 11 .1 项目背景

 近年来,随着国内经济快速增长,综合国力不断提高,对铁路的需求也随之不断增大。因此,国家持续加大对铁路行业尤其是对高速铁路的投资力度,铁路行业得到了快速发展且未来仍具有较大的增长潜力。我国铁路建设一直都是基础建设的重中之重,据有关机构统计,截止 2021 年,我国铁路里程高达 10 万公里,世界排名第 2,同时还在不断发展,预计 2050 年时全国铁路里程将超过 27 万公里,而高铁的里程则达到了 35000 公里,占全球总里程的 60%之多,综合来说算是名列前茅。中国铁路快速发展,而伴随铁路建设迅猛发展而来的,是对我国传统铁路设计、施工、检测等新的挑战。

 随着社会的进步,经济的高速发展,人们需求水平也随之提高,追求更高速、更安全已成为未来铁路的一种发展趋势,但根据已建和在建高铁的反馈信息表明,路基沉降变形已是制约列车运行速度的重要因素。而高铁路基是高速铁路系统的重要基础结构,高速铁路路基又对沉降非常敏感,受抽取地下水、弃方堆填、深基坑开挖、周边环境变化等因素的影响,极易发生沉降病害,路基的沉降严重影响高铁运行的安全、速度。因此,在高速铁路实际施工作业的时候,必须做好路基沉降作业,以此来保证高铁平稳、安全运行,并且保障乘客的乘坐舒适与安全。

 为保障铁路运行时的安全性,对路基状态的检测是十分重要的一环节,特别是施工期和竣工后都存在的路基沉降:施工期间路基沉降的观测决定着轨道铺设施工时间,如果控制不好,会影响工程进度、增加工程费用;竣工后运营期的不均匀沉降会导致轨道不平顺进而导致列车脱轨。表 1-1 列出了历史上一些因桥梁坍塌和脱轨造成的列车事故。而为减少后期运营期的养护维修费用和困难,使运营阶段路基的不均匀沉降趋近于零,需要施工人员对施工阶段观测数据的真实性,并对相关数据进行有效分析,从而做出准确的预测也就显得非常重要。从经济和安全两方面考虑,随着对路基沉降要求提高,需要对路基沉降进行多参数、高精度的长期观测,施工期的沉降观测可以为沉降预测提供精确地前期数据,指导选取有效的路基处理技术以控制沉降量;竣工后的沉降观测可以对即将形成路基病害
